There is something so unsettling and yet at the same time freeing about telling someone exactly how you feel. I try and hide my emotions from most people. Whereas I used to tell everyone anything. I have learned from past mistakes, and I am definitely still learning. I am nowhere near where I want to be emotionally. But, I love myself, and at the end of the day: I am all I have.
